How to Commission Artwork: To commission artwork, simply begin by expressing your interest via email to cesca@cesca.art. Once we've established contact and discussed your vision for the project, you can share any images, photographs, or ideas that will provide further insight into your artistic preferences. Following this, I'll embark on the creative journey, starting with a preliminary sketch or digital mockup to give you an initial glimpse of the artwork's direction. This stage is crucial for gathering your feedback and ensuring the artwork aligns with your vision. Your first round of revisions is included in the commission fee.
Printing and Framing: When you're content with the digital proof of the artwork, we move on to the final production phases. Your commissioned artwork will be meticulously printed onto a premium 30" x 20" canvas. To elevate its presentation, it will be elegantly framed in a high-quality wooden, white floating frame. This framing not only adds a professional touch but also ensures that your artwork arrives ready to be displayed, enhancing its overall appeal.
Delivery and Timing: You can anticipate receiving your commissioned masterpiece within an estimated 8 weeks, though this timeframe may vary based on project complexity and current workload. Upon delivery, I recommend inspecting the artwork to ensure it surpasses your expectations. Should any concerns arise or if you have further questions, don't hesitate to reach out; I'm here to assist.
Specialisation and Pricing: My specialisation lies in the creation of artwork characterized by a simple line style, with a primary focus on nature and architectural subjects. Commissions with me commence at £500, encompassing the creation of your custom artwork along with printing and framing services. It's important to note that the final commission price may vary, dependent on project intricacies and size. Payment and Revisions: To initiate and secure your commission, the full payment is required upfront. This upfront payment ensures a streamlined and efficient commission process. Throughout the process, open communication is encouraged. You have the freedom to request changes and revisions during the proofing stage. The initial set of revisions is included in the commission fee, but additional changes may incur a nominal fee. My ultimate aim is to collaborate closely with you to create an artwork you'll cherish.
Framing and Rights: I offer framing services as part of the commission process, presenting your artwork in a tasteful and modern white floating frame. Additionally, regarding the rights to the commissioned artwork, I typically retain certain rights for promotional purposes. However, if you choose to purchase a digital copy, the rights to that copy belong entirely to you.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction with the final artwork is paramount. In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your commissioned artwork, please reach out. I am committed to addressing any concerns or issues, whether through revisions or exploring potential refunds and returns.
